This is due to a network issue on our upstream provider Costmic Guard. They have issued their own status message here: &lt;https://status.as30456.net/cmn31qz0511dmt3c6v3eht9fm&gt;  
  
Sadly an outage like this is out of our hands, but we are in contact with cosmic guard to make sure this issue is solves as soon as possiable.  
  
If you&#039;re on a UK node that ends with S, your server will keep working as normal Mar 23, 15:52:17 GMT+0 - Monitoring - We&#039;re seeing a restoration of network connectivity on the affected cosmic guard nodes. We&#039;ve now taken the nodes out of maintenance to allow access again.  
  
Any clients experiencing issues still are encouraged to open a support ticket so we can look into and resolve any further issues.

While working with the datacenter provider, attempts to reboot the system back into the OS failed.  
  
The system has now been booted into rescue mode and affected client server data is now being transferred to a new system.  
  
Affected clients will be notified once transfers are complete.

  <title>USC-TX-P58-A11-S Outage</title>

Just before the drive transplant was to take place, the data center provider found a fault with a RAM module. That module has now been replaced and the system is online again.  
  
As a precaution we are still moving clients off the of the system, and will monitor it to try to catch any other issues that may exist.  
  
Affected clients will get an email and ticket opened notifying them of their server being transferred and an IP change due to the transfer.   
  
Anyone using a subdomain won&#039;t notice any changes in their connection address and should be able to continue connecting as usual. Dec 29, 00:43:42 GMT+0 - Resolved - All client servers have now been transferred off of TX-P58.  
  
Everyone affected will get an email and ticket in the billing portal notifying them about the transfer. Dec 28, 17:13:17 GMT+0 - Investigating - The data center provider has been unable to identify faulty hardware causing this outage. They&#039;ve said they will do a chassis swap of the hardware as another step of troubleshooting. Dec 28, 19:51:06 GMT+0 - Investigating - We&#039;re currently waiting on the data center provider to diagnose and resolve the hardware issue.   
  
Due to their delay we&#039;ve asked for the drives to be transferred to another system to allow for us to migrate client data off.

Affected clients will get an email and ticket opened notifying them of their server being transferred and an IP change due to the transfer.

We&#039;ve been notified by our datacenter provider of a network hardware fault on their end, and they are working to restore service. Aug 27, 03:17:52 GMT+0 - Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Aug 27, 03:35:47 GMT+0 - Identified - After the datacenter marked the issue as resolved, another fault has been identified in the network hardware.  
  
They&#039;re back to working on identifying and resolving the outage Aug 27, 04:11:21 GMT+0 - Monitoring - The datacenter provider has marked the issue as resolved again. We&#039;ll monitor for a bit.

  <title>Looking outage on USE-FL-P4-A8-RS</title>

    Apr 24, 23:46:03 GMT+0 - Investigating - We are currently investigating this incident. Apr 24, 23:54:07 GMT+0 - Investigating - We are currently unable to access or ping the node. We&#039;re now attempting to contact the data-center provider about the outage. Apr 25, 00:28:23 GMT+0 - Investigating - We&#039;ve been able to contact the data-center provider about the issue. They&#039;re in the process of sending a technician out to look into the outage. Apr 25, 03:26:18 GMT+0 - Investigating - We are still waiting on an update from the data-center provider about the maintenance on the node. Apr 25, 17:07:25 GMT+0 - Resolved - After giving some time, the node seems to be stable now that it&#039;s had a board swap. Apr 25, 06:36:31 GMT+0 - Identified - We&#039;ve now received information from the data-center provider that the motherboard in the system will have to be replaced.  
  
This process should be done within the hour, and take no longer than two. Apr 25, 13:43:13 GMT+0 - Monitoring - The node is online. We will continue to Monitor the nodes performance to ensure the stability.
