All nodes have new been successfully relocated. We're sorry for the delays, the data center partner had some issues while relocating some of the machines that had to be sorted.

A reminder that this maintenance will have been accompanied by a change in numerical IP for the servers located on the systems. Clients with servers on the system will/have been notified about the IP change.

Please let us know if you notice any issues after this relocation.

Phase 2 of the physical relocation is planned for October 24th. We'll make a separate maintenance notice with the planned nodes once we have a concrete time set.

    October 14, 2026 at 11:33 PMUTC

Due to circumstances outside our control, a data center location housing a small number of our USW nodes will cease operations on November 1st, 2026.

Our data center partner will physically relocate the affected nodes to another facility. This migration will take place in two phases.

Phase 1 will begin on October 19th, 2026, at 6:00 AM PDT. The following nodes will be inaccessible during the relocation:
    - USW-CA-P28-A2-S
    - USW-CA-B2-I1-S
    - USW-P3-I1-A
    - USW-P1-I1-A
    - USW-CA-P33-A2-S
    - USW-CA-P1-A2-S

The physical relocation is expected to take up to four hours, followed by up to one additional hour for network reconfiguration. Total downtime is expected to be up to five hours.

Server IP addresses will change as part of this migration. Subdomains managed by the Game Panel will be updated automatically and require no action on your part. Any server configurations or DNS records you manage that reference the current IP addresses will need to be updated by you once the systems are accessible again.

Phase 2 will take place at a later date. We will publish a separate maintenance notice with more information once the schedule is finalized.
